About Daniel Kimia
After more than 20 years in the real estate industry, Mr. Daniel Kimia has made a name for himself in his chosen profession. A member of Whitestone Properties Inc.'s senior executive management team since November 1984, Mr. Daniel Kimia is at the height of his career as the President of the successful New York-based real estate company. Daniel Kimia's responsibilities include making executive decisions regarding marketing, finances, legal issues, accounting, administration, construction planning, and property acquisition. Mr. Daniel Kimia, who is also the CEO of New York's Big Apple Developers, has established himself as a top-notch real estate professional. At Big Apple Developers, Daniel Kimia directs the new construction or rehabilitation of thousands of residential units, as well as builds or renovates thousands of square feet of commercial space. Daniel Kimia, a well-respected senior level executive, lends his many years of experience to every project of which he is a part. Mr. Daniel Kimia's success is due in part to his education. Daniel Kimia graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) Marshall School of Business, where he majored in accounting and was a member of the school's Accounting Society. Kimia completed additional courses in real estate law, finance, appraisal, and property management at New York University. Having completed his required courses in real estate, Mr. Daniel Kimia received a New York State Real Estate License in 1985, putting Mr. Daniel Kimia well on his way to becoming a successful real estate executive. In his spare time, Daniel Kimia enjoys skiing, playing basketball and tennis. Daniel Kimia also takes the time to donate to the Iranian American Jewish Federation, Schneider Children's Hospital, Montefiore Hospital and Temple Israel. He has also donated to Habitat for Humanity in order to help end homelessness.
